Hi there, My name is Mark Firth.  For the past few years this site sat around vacantly staring out into the infinite darkness of the internet.  My personal goals have changed somewhat over these years and recently I have moved towards helping people get what they want out of their lives.  I’ll be bringing you the latest in a number of techniques including : Goal Setting, Time Management, Life Coaching, Motivation plus much, much more.  I’m also looking at coaching people directly for free should any of you desire. As you can see I’m currently playing with WordPress (after building a number of Joomla sites) so please bear with me while I experiment.
